Arm surgery
The plastic surgery of the arm is a very asked surgery but that the surgeons do not like to play because of the rather visible scar.
To put right it, we created a new technology allowing to have a better put scar and of much better quality. She also allows to eliminate complications practically (refer to the chip of the Society Frenchwoman of Plastic Surgery).
This new technology is adapted as much in creased arms as in big excesses of skin owed to massive weight losses.
We get a low rate of complications owed:
- in the respect for the lymphatic vessels
- in the fact that cloths are much less attacked
Good healing rests on 5 golden rules:
- position very definite of the scar neither visible seen from front, nor seen from the back.
- the perfect tension of closing:
- nor too much → enlargement
- nor too little → not enough result
- the absence of flow post surgical which re-open scars
- dressmaking in notched thread which avoids traumas of the dermis
- the absence of scald of the dermis thanks to adrenalin
This technology was elected " Best of Europe 2008 " by the Society European of plastic Surgery
